It looks from this and from what you said on the Forum like you're trying to make sure you get your colors down, and it looks like you did! 
However, it looks like Jack Frost'his cheek is bruised.
Another thing... when you draw a person where their whole body isn't in the picture, if a part of them that's important for the pose is out of the frame, you might want to enlarge the picture to include an area outside it that you won't be using. The purpose of that will be so that you can draw more of the person's body than will show, and the purpose of THAT is to help make the pose come out right.
His left arm is not put together well, and I think you would have gotten it right if you'd drawn all of him above the waist even though it's a shoulders-up pic.
I like how his eyes are colored. It's like he's got icicle eyelashes like the girls get in Siberia in Winter
